This year the Kailua Independence Day Parade will take place on Monday the 5th of July.
The Corvette Club will start from St. Christopher's Episcopal Church @ 93 N. Kainalu Drive
Meeting time is at 8:00 a.m. Parade starts at 10:00 a.m.
Why two hours early? The Corvette Club of Hawaii will be carrying the parade dignitaries. Usually politicians and local celebrities. Kainalu Drive will be shut down at 9:00 a.m. Shortly before the start of the parade we will pick up our passengers and drive to the front of the parade route. It also gives plenty of time to wipe down and decorate your car.

The Shewell's will be hosting a Pool Party and Cook Out after the Independence Day Parade at the home in Kailua.
Pam and Dennis will be providing Hot Dogs and Hamburgers. Bring your own drinks and a pupu to share.
