DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:This year the Chinatown Festival Parade (formerly known as "The Night in Chinatown Parade" will start on Richards Street.   The staging area is just Ewa of the State Capitol building at 3:00 pm.  We need as many cars as we can get for this one. =0D=0A=

 We will stage first at the Honlulu Health Department at 1250 Punchbowl Ave.  We will caravan together to Richard's Street from there.   If you want you can caravan over with the group meeting at the Halawa Rail Station.  They will be departing at 1:30 pm.
